At this time of the year and during this time in our lives as a planet of connected souls, stillness has become essential to living. ⁣
Our practices, ground us, bring us back into the our bodies, quiet down the noise enough for us to move from a place of intuitive guidance, holy awareness and intentioned states.

Inner states are how we manifest. And so, love. Peace. Healing.

When we first started working on A Witch's Soul Journal - A Year And A Day Journey, it was almost a year ago! The intention was to offer a beautiful practice that was rooted in stillness and nourishing times to yourself to go inward and write down the bones of your soul.

It took us a while to put it all together for you, and now I see how it's honestly, the perfect time. Because how do we go on, day to day, tending to our lives, the morning drop off routines, washing dishes, planning meals, going to work, being of service in our own communities when there are those in the world going through utter devastation?

We just do. We do, while holding space for peace, holding space for love, healing and stillness. We do by holding space for ourselves to find nourishment in those things as well. We do by caring for those in our immediate space, life, environment. We cast our magic out in this way so that the micro begins to influence the macro.

So, now, as we approach Winter, here is a practice that brings you to stillness, restores the weary soul and reminds you of your magical makings.
