Because of the nature of the work we will be doing together and the intimacy that can form within a Coven group, I commit to staying and participating for the entire year, barring any extenuating circumstances. The work for the year might become challenging, but I understand that the integrity of the group is something I contribute greatly towards maintaining and we are all there to support one another.(Required)

If emotionally, I begin to feel destabilized, such that my day to day life and responsibilities become difficult to perform and attend to, I'll reach out to Elena to discuss possible support measures, including stepping out of the group to get the help and support needed.(Required)

Likewise, if it's clear that I am having struggles with the content and the group process, I understand that Elena will check in with me privately to assess my needs and the needs of the overall group.(Required)

This could lead to the decision to leave the group in order to find the support needed to address whatever issues are coming up. If this occurs, I will be refunded a prorated amount for the remainder of the year that I will not be participating in.(Required)
