Mentorship Release Form

This Mentorship Program Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Elena Rego (“Mentor”) and the undersigned participant (“Participant”), collectively referred to as the “Parties,” effective as of the date of the Participant’s signature below.

1. Program Description

Life As Holy Ritual (“Program”) is a mentorship program facilitated by Elena Rego, designed to guide Participants through a transformative journey of integrating magic, healing, and beauty into their daily lives through ritual. The Program includes 12 live one-on-one sessions over Zoom, unlimited Voxer access with the Mentor, and other resources as described in the Program materials.

2. Nature of the Program

The Participant acknowledges that the Program is a mentorship program focused on personal and spiritual growth, and is not therapy or a substitute for therapy. The Program is intended to support the Participant in their journey to integrate ritual into their life and does not provide psychological counseling or any form of therapy.

3. Referral to Professional Help

The Participant agrees that if, in the course of the Program, they experience issues that are destabilizing or beyond the scope of mentorship, Elena Rego will recommend that the Participant seek professional help from a licensed therapist or counselor. The decision to seek such professional help is the sole responsibility of the Participant.

4. No Guarantee of Results

The Participant understands and agrees that the results of the Program are not guaranteed. Readings, suggestions, and practices offered by Elena Rego during the Program are meant as suggestions and are not to replace professional medical or psychological care. The Participant is responsible for their own well-being and decisions throughout the Program.

5. Full Payment Requirement

The Participant agrees to pay the full fee for the Mentorship service as agreed upon at the time of enrollment. This payment is required regardless of whether the Participant completes the Program. The commitment to the Program is considered final, and the full payment reflects the reservation of space, time, and resources on behalf of the Mentor.

6. Appointment Scheduling and Attendance

The Participant is responsible for scheduling their own appointment times with the Mentor through the provided scheduling system. The Participant agrees to be present for their appointments on time. The Mentor will wait for a maximum of 10 minutes past the scheduled start time of an appointment. If the Participant is later than 10 minutes, the Mentor reserves the right to cancel the appointment, and the missed session will not be rescheduled or refunded.

7. No Refund Policy

The Participant understands and agrees that upon registration and payment for the Program, Elena Rego commits to providing a space in the Program and resources specifically for the Participant. Therefore, the Program fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. This policy is in place to acknowledge the commitment made by both the Mentor and the Participant upon entering the Program.

8. Confidentiality

Elena Rego agrees to keep all conversations and information with the Participant confidential, except as required by law. The Participant also agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared within the Program.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during the Program, including but not limited to worksheets, documents, videos, and other resources, are proprietary and are provided for the personal use of the Participant only. These materials may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without the express written permission of Elena Rego.

10. Disclaimer of Guarantees

The Participant acknowledges that Elena Rego does not guarantee any specific outcomes as a result of participation in the Program. The success of the Program depends on the Participant’s commitment to their own growth and the application of the teachings.

11. Agreement to Terms

By signing this Agreement, the Participant agrees to the terms outlined above and commits to fully engaging in the Program with openness and dedication.
