Initiation. After a year of work, exploration and Initiation. After a year of work, exploration and growing devotion to Lilith, a group of women who had committed to going on to Year 2 all came together in the desert to commemorate their work and to launch themselves into the next layer of deep diving. This step isn’t mandatory, as the first year of Coven Of Lilith can be a stand alone experience.  But for those who are called for more… there is more.  And it starts with coming together, in person, in the desert to meet, circle, and claim their place in a lineage that has been for countless ages. It was utterly indescribable.  The beauty, vulnerability, reclamation and healing that we all encountered will be with me forever. Last weekend was our Ancestral Healing Retreat. A Last weekend was our Ancestral Healing Retreat. And it was so moving, so healing and just all around gorgeous, that I’ll have to share more with you later. But first, I need to give honor to the spectacular sunsets, sunrises and sky that held us so beautifully while we did our deep soul work. The desert has been my main focus of retreat for a couple of years now, because the expanse of land and sky support our journeying in an alchemy that defies description. Every morning and every evening we were graced by a container that reminded us how vast our souls and our ancestral lines truly are. Thank you, Mother Sky.
**The Rebellion Of The Spiritually Mature** Lilit **The Rebellion Of The Spiritually Mature** Lilith is often associated w the archetype of the Rebel. She rejected the system created by god to forge Her own path + not bow down to the expectations placed on Her, so yes, Rebel. The problem w the way we have all embraced this characteristic is that it has become flat, caricatured + devoid of the deeper spiritual mysteries held w/in the energy movement of the Rebel. More often than not, the young (not just in age, but in maturity as well) think that a Rebel dresses in black, resists + antagonizes authority, + most importantly cobbles a life together out of characteristics that r culturally different, ‘dark’, hippy, gothic, dominatrix, or whatever doesn’t fit the usual trends + status quo. **The Truth Of It All** When Lilith left the Garden of Eden, it wasn’t solely for the sake of going against the grain of the rules there. When She left, it was in response to an awareness deep w/in, that She simply couldn’t remain + repress Her true nature. It’s normal to place the emphasis of that explanation on the fact that it was the need to express Her true nature, but the most important part of that explanation is that She KNEW what Her true nature WAS. Read that again. Lilith holds quite a few archetypes w/in Her resonant field + most of them r deeply rooted in this one thing; She was clear about Her true nature + honored that. Rebelling in this context is about understanding both ur true nature + how it fits or doesn't fit w/in the confines of a culture that would demands that u behave in a way that isn’t true to who u really r. The Rebel acts fr a place of deep self awareness + honors what She knows to be true. That can manifest in a million different ways. It’s not the clothes, the politics, the means of loving, sexing, speaking or living. The Rebel archetype is the adherence to what is heard deep w/in the soul. In July we had our very first Coven of Lilith Init In July we had our very first Coven of Lilith Initiation retreat.  A group of women, who had dedicated an entire year to not only learning about Lilith as both Goddess and Portal but about themselves, their shadows and the path of the way finder through the shamanic realms.   It was a gorgeous celebration of womanhood, witchery and sisterhood.  And next year, we’ll be doing it all over again with the new cohort of witches coming together for this next year as the Coven Of Lilith. The moon is full in Sagittarius tonight and as I p The moon is full in Sagittarius tonight and as I prepare to lead a full moon ritual for the Moon Ritual Coven, I'm in my own personal magic and process. Full Moons are about thanksgiving, celebration, full faced and open chested YESes. And when you pair her with the fire of Sagittarius, with all its gorgeous impulse to move and taste and chase and have, you get a potent alchemy. Because many people work with the full moon to let things go. I don't. Because a full moon energizes, amplifies, shows itself and empowers the deep soul truth. And what makes for more potent magic? The full hearted F*CK YES, or the resistance we need to muster up to let something go? I dance with the yes. Let's all dance with the YES. Because in the YES, there is no room for what isn't invited, what no longer serves and clearly never belonged. What's your F*CK YES? What do they feel like in your body? What do they feel like when you move? What happens to your energetic field when you allow yourself to fully say yes to receiving something that every part of you wants with no reservation?
