Inner Revealings Tarot Reading, July 19, 2020

Inner Revealings Tarot readings are a weekly opportunity to consult the cards for a set of questions with which to practice Self Inquiry. Each Sunday, 4 cards will open a door to deeper self-knowledge. All that’s needed is a journal, tea and some quiet time to reflect and dive in.

All 4 cards can provide you with 1 question or 3 or 6. It’s not 1 question per card, they are read as a whole.

Remember, these questions are a doorway for exploration. It isn’t uncommon for answers to take time to bubble up, but the mere asking of a question begins to move something in your that will develop into the deeper knowing that will bring you growth.

Please feel free to share your own insights and thoughts below in the comments.

QUESTIONS THESE TAROT CARDS HAVE FOR YOU

  1. It’s easy to get caught up in our boxes of life… the things we do each day, the stories we have adopted about who we are and what we can have and what our lives will always look like. I want you to spend time today, this week and this month asking yourself: “If you could design your life to be anything you want, what would it be and look like?” Cover all of it: Career, family, lovers, health, money, friends, geography, your home, your hobbies, etc. Write out, draw out or both, all of the details you can imagine and desire. Then put it away for a couple of days.
  2. Then come back to it, looking over all the things you listed and sit down to add, change and ask yourself, “How can this be more expansive? What if there were no limits beyond what I already chose?
  3. Do this over the course of a month, where you come back to it ever few days to change up and expand the whole of this life that you are designing without limitations that are very unconscious. Each time ask yourself, ‘What if there were more? What could I possibly want to add to my life then?”

Keep in mind that the questions the tarot cards have for refer to everything, not just material possessions and monetary wealth. The tarot cards refer to emotions and knowledge and connections, to friendships and romance, sex, geographical locations and the visuals you see on the daily. It’s the habits you actually enjoy and long for each day. It’s the ideal way to do a morning routine and a bedtime routine. It’s details like, do you want to shower everyday or take a bath everyday? It’s the music you’d have on in the background each day, the altar set up you want, the way you take a seat to meditate and how you spend your esbats.

Let this tarot reading take you down to the most minute detail of your life, examine it and ask, how would I really want this to be?
